Who We Are

Formally established in 2007 (although we’ve been doing this stuff a lot longer than that), we are a small team of HR professionals who believe in the value of good people management and organisational development to help your organisation work quicker, cheaper and better.

Everyone who works for us has been hand-picked for their ability to get underneath the surface to the heart of the matter and have proved themselves at the sharp end in a range of businesses in the private, public and Third sectors.

Our consultants and associates include former Local Authority elected members and union representatives as well as experienced managers from a range of professions and industries. We encourage continuing professional development and interim assignments to keep our skills fresh and to learn from different industries, and we love drawing inspiration from our Creativity Days.
