Giving something back is important to us and we like to do our bit for local communities (although ‘local’ is difficult to define when your clients range from Scotland to the Isle of Wight!).

It’s not just our mentoring and pro-bono work where we like to show our support. We’ve kept our head office in Lancashire where we started out, and we engage small businesses for our accountancy, IT support, marketing and website design.

We have sponsored a range of community groups and charity events, and occasionally take up a challenge ourselves.

Girls Football

Netherton U18 2013-14 002_small

We are proud sponsors of Peterborough’s Netherton United under 18s girls football team.

The team play in the newly formed Cambridgeshire Under 18’s league that is being trialled to assist the transition from girls to ladies football.

In the 2012-13 season they were runners up in the Northants Midshires Under 16’s league by just 2 points in what was one of the most competitive local leagues for girls’ football, and they also made it through to the semi final of the cup.

The team spirit, local community involvement and equality of opportunity appealed to us, and the girls did us proud.

Equestrian Events

Flight View Livery and Stud is a family business in North West England that aims to make the elite world of showjumping accessible to a broad range of people.  Sponsorship from RealWorldHR has helped them travel to events and achieve qualification for the prestigious Horse of the Year Show.  A great achievement from their dedicated and hard-working riders.  Read about their progress at

In 2012 we were sponsors of Supreme Showdown Equestrian Show in Formby.

Supreme showdown is a family orientated equestrian show which is open to all. Proceeds from designated rings are donated to their nominated charity, and several of the judges and event staff volunteer their time and skills free of charge.

The Fire Fighters Charity

Our long association with the UK Fire and Rescue Service makes the Fire Fighters Charity a favourite with us. We have supported a variety of fundraising events over the years, including a sponsored walk by Chief Fire Officers Association members.

The charity does great work providing rehabilitiation, rcuperation and support services to Fire Service staff and their families, and relies on its volunteer fundraisers across the country to generate the money it needs for these vital services.
